1. Return Eligibility:

• Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase as per Romanian law O.G. 34/2014. Beyond 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Some health and personal care items

 

3. Claims Process:

• In case of defects or dissatisfaction, claims can be filed within the 14-day return period.

• Please provide a detailed description of the issue, and if possible, photographic evidence.

 

4. Refunds Processing:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

 

5. Exchanges:

6. Return Shipping:

• You will bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
