1. Return Eligibility:

• Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase as per Romanian law O.G. 34/2014. Beyond 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

• Please note that we require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any returns.

 

3. Partial Refunds:

​

• There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned beyond 14 days after delivery.

 

4. Refunds Processing:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds:

​

• If your refund is delayed, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank as it may take some processing time before a refund is posted.

• If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@handpanromania.com.

 

6. Sale Items:

​

• Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

7. Exchanges:

​

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, send an email to hello@handpanromania.com and we will get back to you with all the required return or exchange information.

 

8. Gifts:

​

• If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return upon receipt of the returned item.

• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

9. Return Shipping:

​

• To comply with Romanian law O.G. 34/2014, initiate your return process within 14 days from the date of purchase. Send an email to hello@handpanromania.com and we will get back to you with all the required return or exchange information. You will bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
